Located in north Leicestershire near to the M1 we are a family run business, able to cover the East Midlands area to undertake RICS Homebuyer, Building Surveys or Private Valuations.
With over 25 years spent surveying a wide variety of properties, including previous experience of dealing with NHBC claims and also Subsidence, Heave & Landslip Insurance claims, we have a broad knowledge base of domestic dwellings.
Using the latest iPad technology to produce our reports, which are fully licensed by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you can be assured your report will be fully compliant with the latest industry developments and legislation.
We carry £1,000,000.00 Professional Indemnity Insurance and £2,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance.
